Introduction
Welcome to the Steeves Family Foundation Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO). The foundation is here for the benefit of all family members who have opted to participate in foundation activities. You are here because you have inquired of the family council about joining the foundation and have logged in using a wallet that resides on the Ethereum blockchain. You have been issued sufficient Ethereum to enable voting rights which is used as "gas" to pay for each vote. As you engage with the foundation via the family office you have the opportunity to earn reputation points issued as SFF tokens. YOU MUST HAVE A WALLET AND AT LEAST 1 SFF TOKEN IN ORDER TO vote on any one specific family matters, proposals or management/organizational changes.
If you have insufficient gas you have most likely used the initial ether issued to your account for other purposes so you would be unable to vote regardless of how many voting or reputation SFF tokens you have in your wallet. These pages not only inform you of the foundation structure and operational activities but allow you to vote on any open proposals for change, funding, loans, philanthropy or other authorized activities as long as your wallet contains one SFF for each voting attempt and the ether to pay for the blockchain gas fees. It is strongly advised that you read through and understand this information.

Proposal Vote Submission
You are voting on this proposal recently submitted to the family council. If you are not familiar with this proposal either retrieve a copy and read it before voting or DO NOT VOTE.
Voting is accomplished by answering a detailed questionaire as it relates to the proposal.
Each question is weighted differently relative to its importance in regards to the Family Constitution and the long term sustainability of the SFF. Unanswered questions are counted and weighted the same as "Nay 👎" answers. Therefore the weighted vote tally of your answers starts as a negative number.
There is a minimum positive voting value required for your vote to register as a single vote in favor of the proposal going forward. This value is set by the family council and reviewed annually.
Be Advised: The original 1st Generation Oligarchs of the family have veto power over any and all proposals regardless of vote. The power of the veto remains for 30 days after the vote. If the veto is not executed and the proposal has sufficient votes then the proposal progresses to the next step. Subsequent generations cannot access this veto power except where the investment committee sees greater than allowable risk relative to the risk models currently in place. The 30 day waiting period remains intact in perpetuity serving as a "cooling off" period
There is a maximum investment/distribution cap per investment and a cumulative cap set by the investment committee as a percentage of the entire portfolio. Any approved proposals that cause either cap to be exceeded will not be funded until or unless returns on distributions plus portfolio gains (and losses) have freed up sufficient funds.
IMPORTANT If the proposal does not address the issues exposed by way of the voting questionaire, then you must not assume anything more than a "Nay 👎" vote for that question
YOU MUST HAVE A WALLET AND AT LEAST 1 SFF TOKEN IN ORDER TO VOTE. IF A PROPOSAL FAILS OR YOU ISSUE A NEGATIVE VOTE, YOUR TOKEN WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER A SHORT WAITING PERIOD DEFINED BY THE FAMILY COUNCIL

In order to submit your ballot three conditions must have been met: 1) You must have at least 1 yea answer in your ballot. (Vote Tally must be greater than negative 251). 2) If you make changes to your ballot (Yea/Nay or Explanations) you must Process your Answers to update the Tally (see #3) 3) You must click on the green "Process Answers" button above to calculate your ballot points and incorporate Explanations.
